§ 29.6.

IDENTIFICATION CARD FOR PRACTITIONERS NOT CERTIFIED BY THE CAMTC

The Director shall provide all massage practitioners granted a permit, who are not certified as a massage practitioner or therapist by the CAMTC pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code, with a photo identification card. Massage establishments must post practitioner identification cards at all times in a public area for all practitioners working at any massage establishment or solo practitioner massage establishment. The identification card must be presented to any City health inspector or law enforcement officer upon request at all times during the regular business hours of any massage establishment or solo practitioner massage establishment.
